As a Certified Yoga Teacher, Christine has training and expertise in meditation, pranayama, and yoga asana with over fourteen years of dedicated practice. She has studied and trained extensively in these areas and has developed a unique teaching style that integrates these practices into her classes.Christine's teaching philosophy is grounded in encouraging students to explore all aspects of yoga, including asana, pranayama, meditation, and the traditions that underpin them. By engaging with these practices, students are able to experience the optimal benefits that yoga can have on their mental, physical, and spiritual health. Christine has studied and trained with senior yoga master teachers such as Kaya Mindlin, Prasad Rangnekar and David Harshada Wagner. She has also completed somatic healing training with Body Temple Dance led by Adriana Rizzolo. As a dedicated sadhaka and an understanding of the vastness of yoga, Christine is committed to ongoing study of self, traditional yoga with a strong emphasis on awareness of one's true Self. With her calming and compassionate approach, she creates a supportive and inclusive environment where students of all levels can explore and deepen their practice. Through her classes, Christine inspires students to connect with their bodies, minds, and true Selves, and to develop a deeper understanding of the holistic benefits of yoga.
