Join Krissy & SHYC instructors for a healing night of Restorative Yoga & Healing Touch as we come together as a community to fundraise for the fire victims of Eaton Canyon. 

Suggested donation: $75 to attend this workshop and 100% will go towards yogis in our community directly affected by the Eaton Canyon Fire.

No one will be turned away due to lack of funds. All levels welcome.

Join Megan for a productive 75 minute beginner yoga workshop. We will explore traditional hatha style postures to build confidence in a drop in class. We will move through sun salutations, common postures like tadasana, downward facing dog, and common ways to transition in a hatha class. This will attune your focus for drop in classes.
