How We Roll: A Ball Rolling Self Massage Practice By Krissy Jarvis
A focused self-massage and mobility workshop designed to release tension in the areas where many of us hold it most: the head, neck, shoulders, and upper body. Using therapy (tennis) balls, you will be guided through simple and effective techniques to soften tightness, ease jaw and neck strain, and create more space for breath and movement.
This practice is both deeply relieving and quietly powerful. It helps unwind the effects of stress, long hours at a desk, and repetitive patterns in the body. You will leave with tools you can return to anytime you need to reset, restore, and reconnect.
Intended Outcomes:
- Understand the benefits of myofascial release
- Experience improved mobility and reduced tension
- Learn practical techniques for at-home self-care
- Cultivate deeper body awareness and nervous system regulation
All are welcome. Especially beneficial for those with muscle tension, active practitioners, or anyone seeking stress relief and recovery tools.What to Bring:
