GENTLE YIN
SUNDAYS 10:15 AM IN STUDIO
Yin yoga is a slow-paced practice that opens connective tissues through seated and lying postures held for extended periods with the aid of blocks and straps. This practice reduces stress, increases circulation, improves flexibility, and encourages mindfulness.
Hatha
TUES/THURS 7 AM IN STUDIO/ZOOM
WEDNESDAY 4:30 PM IN STUDIO/ZOOM
A style of yoga introducing the traditional postures with emphasis on sun (heat/yong) and moon (cooling/yin) elements. This is a great class for all levels, beginners and advanced yogis. You will leave this class refreshed and connected.
Restorative
SUNDAYS 6:30 PM IN STUDIO
A healing style of yoga that provides plenty of support with the use of props and longer holds so that we can connect deeply to our breathe. A beautiful way to slow down and restore. Perfect for all students!
Hatha Flow

SATURDAYS 9:30 AM IN STUDIO/ZOOM SUNDAYS 9 AM IN STUDIO
This class incorporates a bit more sun salutations. We will begin to explore the vinyasa method, linking movement with breathe. This class will stoke your inner fire, and continue to work on strength and flexibility. This is a stronger practice and prior yoga experience is preferred but not necessary!
Gentle Yoga
SELECT SATURDAYS 10:45 AM IN STUDIO
Gentle yoga focuses on relaxation, stretching, and healing. It promotes physical and mental well being through poses, breathing exercises, and meditation. For all levels, especially those new to yoga or seeking a soothing practice. This is also open to prenatal yogis, as a swap out from gentle yoga with prenatal the last Saturday of the month, which is reflected in the class schedule.
Reki Flow
THURSDAYS 7:00 PM IN STUDIO
Gentle and mindful movements with Vinyasa flow offers the opportunity to really slow down to look, feel and notice inwardly. Build a stronger relationship with yourself, in mind, body and spirit, and really listen and respond to what your body needs. The space will be held with the healing energy of Reiki (Universal Life Force Energy), and personal Reiki will be offered throughout the class by your Reiki Master Teacher, Talin. This class is a great way to feel and connect to Reiki as a stepping stone leading to our upcoming in-studio Reiki Trainings.
Kundalini
WEDNESDAYS 7:00 PM IN STUDIO
Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. Classes will consist of breath work and yoga postures to move energy within us. Meditation is an essential piece of kundalini yoga. With the stresses of the modern world, kundalini yoga is a safe option to regulate the nervous system and improve your overall health. It is for all ages and fitness levels.
Sound Healing + Restorative
MONDAYS 7:00 PM IN STUDIO
Join Talin Monday nights for light sound healing paired with restorative postures to support deep inner rest. All levels welcome. Leave feeling nourished for the rest of the week.
Flow & Release
TUESDAYS 5:30 PM IN STUDIO
Join Megan for 30 minutes of a strong flow which involves linking the breath with movement, building strength in the body and mind, followed by 30 minutes of restorative postures to support deep release.
