We love beginners! If you have never taken a yoga class before, we offer beginner workshops about once per month, we highly suggest starting there. Can't wait for the workshop? Start with a gentle class or a restorative class.

Yoga clothes are some of the most comfy clothes! If you don't have any, yet, don't worry, we suggest comfy clothes you can move in, but not anything too baggy. If it falls off or down while you bend over, try something a big snugger. If you are a man, we suggest wearing tight shorts under your shorts. Please do not wear cologne or perfume to your yoga practice.

Once you purchase your new student intro offer, you may book any class on the class schedule page. We highly reccomend downloading the Mindbody app here, and using this to book and cancel classes. Please note we have a $25 late cancel charge if you do not cancel your class at least 2 hours before on the MB app.

Yes, we offer yoga mat rentals for $5. They are our favorite yoga jade yoga mats! We also sell these mats, and you get 10% off your 1st mat.

While we love our yogis, we ask that all of our yogis sign up for class in advance. We do not accept walk ins!

There is plenty of street parking available on Honolulu. We suggest planning to arrive 10 minutes before class, this is when we open the doors, so you can get to know your teacher and our sacred space before practice.

In yoga there is a concept called right action. To take action in the right direction, or a beautiful metaphor, to be like an upright ship in a storm, righting itself when battered by a wave.

Life presents challenges, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual, and our yoga practice is a concrete way to build strength and flexibility to move through life with right action.
