Brittany Hufstetler

Brittany Hufstetler is a yoga instructor who has dedicated her life to promoting health and wellness through the practice of yoga. She was born in Marietta, GA and grew up in a family that emphasized the value of physical and mental wellbeing. As a young girl, Brittany was an active participant in various sports and outdoor activities, growing up a competitive equestrian kindled her interest in fitness and physical training. She started practicing yoga at the age of 17 and was immediately drawn to its holistic approach to health and wellbeing. She continued her yoga practice throughout college, where she earned a degree in Public Health with a focus on health science. After completing her 200 hour teacher training at Highland Yoga in Atlanta Brittany began teaching yoga at local studios and fitness centers. She continued to refine her skills through advanced training, she has completed Zabie Yamasaki's trauma informed teacher training. Her teachings emphasize the importance of mindfulness, compassion, and grounding, and she encourages her students to approach their practice as a path to personal growth and transformation. Brittany remains committed to sharing the benefits of yoga with as many people as possible. She believes that yoga has the power to transform individuals and communities and strives to make it accessible to all who seek its wisdom and guidance. In her spare time Brittany enjoys traveling, hiking and camping and now resides with her partner Chris in Highland Park.
