Elemental Sound Bath
August 10, 2025
4:00 - 5:00 pm
Allow yourself to be “bathed” in sound waves as Rachel introduces elemental sounds as an invitation to dive into a deeper state of consciousness. The way we perceive sound extends beyond our ears to resonate within every cell of our bodies. This resonance can entrain our body’s intrinsic systems towards greater equilibrium, potentially calming both the mind and body.
Elemental sound healing connects us to each of nature’s classical elements: earth, air, fire, water and ether/space while also connecting to the sounds in nature and around us. Rachel’s Sound Bath sessions utilize a combination of instruments to directly connect to certain elements using Quartz Crystal and Tibetan Singing Bowls, drum, chimes, gongs, shakers, bells and other instruments that are organically arranged.
The elemental sound bath is a deeply rejuvenating and relaxing healing sound landscape created by subtle vibrations, providing a nurturing space for self-discovery, inner peace, and healing.
All are welcome!
Feel free to bring your own props to maximize comfort (blankets, pillows), some yogis like to dress warm (socks, sweaters, etc) because your temperature drops as you rest during the sound healing.
We have props available for you! Mat rentals are $5.
