Krissy's pro tip for burning sage: Start in a calm state, be sure to carry a shell (abalone is my fav, but a simple ashtray will work) under the sage as you smudge the corners of the rooms, open the windows and doors, set an intention to call in positive energy and clear low vibrations that are no longer serving your highest good, and then play positive music to fortify the good energy!
