Hope Friedman

I’ve been a yogi for over twenty-five years and a dancer for forty.  I signed up for a yoga training program to learn more about anatomy since I had struggled with injuries due to muscular imbalances.  I embraced a daily meditation practice and started teaching in 2012.  I ultimately obtained my advanced certification in the Hatha lineage.  I design my classes as safe explorations so that students can progress their yoga wellness practices at their own pace.  I’m here to facilitate a positive and meaningful yoga experience.
