hatha

A style of yoga introducing the traditional postures with emphasis on sun (heat/yong) and moon (cooling/yin) elements. This is a great class for all levels, beginners and advanced yogis. You will leave this class refreshed and connected.

hatha flow

This class incorporates a bit more sun salutations. We will
begin to explore the vinyasa method, linking movement with breathe. This class will stoke your inner fire, and continue to
work on strength and flexibility. This is a stronger practice and
prior yoga experience is preferred but not necessary!

yin yoga

COMING SOON!

A mindful style of yoga that uses longer holds to access the connective tissue or fascia in the body. Connective tissue is what supports our ligaments and organs, and the only way to access it is through stillness. In this mindful and deep practice we will use less props and hold yin poses for a little longer for deep physical and energetic release. You
will leave feeling balanced, renewed and "YIN-ED OUT!" All
levels welcome, especially athletes, and people looking to
slow down and cultivate yin energy in their lives.

vinyasa flow

COMING SOON!

Vinyasa is a method of yoga that encourages one breath per movement with an emphasis on alignment and flow. This is a strong practice and prior yoga exposure is suggested, but not required. You will leave feeling energized, connected to your body, and clear in your mind.

restorative

A healing style of yoga that provides plenty of support with the use of props and longer holds so that we can connect deeply to our breathe. A beautiful way to slow down and restore. Perfect for all students!
