A style of yoga introducing the traditional postures with emphasis on sun (heat/yong) and moon (cooling/yin) elements. This is a great class for all levels, beginners and advanced yogis. You will leave this class refreshed and connected.
This class incorporates a bit more sun salutations. We will
begin to explore the vinyasa method, linking movement with breathe. This class will stoke your inner fire, and continue to
work on strength and flexibility. This is a stronger practice and
prior yoga experience is preferred but not necessary!
Expect a fast paced 60 minute class, with creative sequences, to build heat, and connect to your breathe and inner strength. Prior yoga experience is highly suggested.

Vinyasa is a method of yoga that encourages one breath per movement with an emphasis on alignment and flow. This is a strong practice and prior yoga experience is recommended, but not required. Be prepared to sweat. Vinyasa yoga will leave you feeling energized, connected to your body, and deep clarity in your mind.

This class is open to everyone who is interested in increasing their ability, knowledge and understanding of Iyengar yoga.
Through studying the basic actions of the postures that we come closer to discovering what yoga is.
This Rise and Shine class will awaken the body’s power of regeneration, enhance your physical well- being and leave you smiling from the inside out. All levels from absolute beginners to those with experience are welcome.
A mindful style of yoga that uses longer holds to access the fascia and connective tissue in the body. In Yin Yoga postures are more passive asanas, mainly done on the floor. Yin Yoga is unique in that you are asked to relax in the posture, soften the muscles and move closer to the bone. It is not uncommon to see postures held for
3-7 minutes. The time spent in these postures is much like time spent in meditation.
Traditionally, props are not used in Yin Yoga, but are deeply welcome. Many of the postures focus on areas that encompass a joint (mainly the knees, pelvis, sacrum, and spine). Yin yoga offers much deeper access to the body, particularly the fascia. Fascia connects all connective tissues (that means the muscles, bones, tendons, ligaments, and blood) Fascia holds together the entire body.
You will leave feeling balanced, renewed and "YIN-ED OUT!" All levels welcome, especially athletes, and people looking to slow down and cultivate yin energy in their lives.
